A few years ago we went on a mission trip to Malawi on a bus. With the 40 hour drive their was not much to do, but friendships and memories was made that would last a lifetime. Marne was sitting with us and she ended up sitting right at the back of the bus talking to Mr. Kay Kay, for hours. Little did we know this was the beginning of beautiful love story. Looking forward to their wedding later this year.
This was my first engagement shoot with doggies and when dog lovers Rudolf & Pulani insisted on having their engagement session with them I was quite excited. They played along beautifully and made their mom and dad's photo session extra special.
I saw Pulane's face light up when she saw her groom Orapeleng. It was a very proud moment for the groom when he could call Pulane his wife. What caught my attention was what Orapeleng said during the speeches that he has been praying and fasting for his wedding day and God has made all their dreams come true by blessing them with a wonderful wedding with family and friends. Honour the Lord in all you do and He will give you the desires of your heart. Their wedding reception was held at the beautiful The Terrance at the Oliewenhuis Art museum and was well worth it.
Baby Liam and his little brother was born prematurely and I was following their story on facebook. Sadly little Luke didn't make it. He is now in heaven cheering his brother on. Making memories with them was such an honour and privilege for me and little Liam was so calm and friendly at 8 months old.
While visiting Clarens with my friends Tian, Noreen & Baby Hazelmie we took the opportunity to takes some photos of Hazelmie at the beautiful Mona Lisa clothing shop. The vintage look and the old fashioned baby stroller was just perfect for celebrating 10 months with this dear baby. And she played the part very well.
